La Secretaría de Seguridad Pública y Tránsito Municipal (SSPTM) de Puebla en observancia a los principios del nuevo Sistema de Justicia Penal Acusatorio, informa que, del 08 al 15 de agosto del año en curso, en diversos puntos de la capital se realizaron las detenciones de siete personas presuntamente involucradas en la comisión de distintos hechos delictivos.
De acuerdo con registros de la corporación, se pusieron a disposición del Ministerio Público: una persona por resistencia de particulares, una por lesiones, una por robo a transeúnte, una por robo de vehículo, una persona por robo a casa habitación, una por violencia familiar y una más por obligar a un menor a ejercer la mendicidad.
Cabe destacar que, durante la semana que concluyó, se efectuaron tres puestas a disposición del Ministerio Público Federal por delitos contra la salud.
Asimismo, durante este lapso, fueron remitidas al Juez Calificador 39 personas por la comisión de diversas faltas administrativas, que transgreden la paz pública y señaladas en el Código Reglamentario Municipal (COREMUN).
Es importante mencionar que, las detenciones se realizaron respetando en todo momento los derechos humanos de las personas, de conformidad a lo estipulado en el Código Nacional de Procedimientos Penales.
Con estas acciones la SSPTM redobla esfuerzos y mantiene los patrullajes de vigilancia en cada rincón de la ciudad, a fin de prevenir el delito y salvaguardar la integridad de las familias poblanas.
